摘要
目的 研究宫颈鳞状上皮内病变患者对健康教育方面存在的现实需求,为构建健康教育方案提供依据.方法 采用目的抽样法于 2022 年 3 月至 5 月选取山东第一医科大学第二附属医院的15 例宫颈鳞状上皮内病变患者进行半结构式访谈,并采用Colaizzi七步分析法对访谈结果进行分析.结果 根据访谈结果提炼出疾病基础知识缺乏、疾病预防知识缺乏、需要社会关怀与支持、需要个性化的健康教育、缓解焦虑情绪的需求、随访依从性差 6 大主题.结论 需要为宫颈鳞状上皮内病变患者构建系统、针对性的健康教育方案.
Abstract
Objective To study the realistic demand for health education in patients with cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion,and to provide a basis for the construction of health education programs.Methods A total of 15 patients with cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University from March to May 2022 were selected by purposed sampling for semi-structured interviews.The results of the interview were analyzed by Colaizzi seven-step analysis method.Results According to the interview results,six themes were extracted,including lack of basic knowledge of disease,lack of knowledge of disease prevention,need for social care and support,need to personalized health education,need to relieve anxiety,and poor follow-up compliance.Conclusion It is necessary to build a systematic and targeted health education program for patients with cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion.
