摘要

目的 观察督灸联合尪痹散熏洗治疗绝经后女性类风湿关节炎寒湿痹阻证的效果.方法 选取淄博市传染病医院 2022 年 6 月至 2023 年 6 月收治的 98 例绝经后女性类风湿关节炎患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=49)、对照组(n=49).对照组给予甲氨蝶呤,观察组在对照组基础上给予督灸联合尪痹散熏洗,比较两组临床总有效率、疾病活动度评分(DAS28)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、血清相关指标水平.结果 观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组DAS28、VAS评分及血清类风湿因子、红细胞沉降率水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组低氧诱导因子-1α、白细胞介素-33 水平较对照组更低(P<0.05).结论 督灸联合尪痹散熏洗治疗绝经后女性类风湿关节炎寒湿痹阻证,可有效减轻临床症状,控制病情进展.

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of governor vessel moxibustion combined with Wangbisan fumigation and washing in the treatment of cold dampness obstruction syndrome of rheumatoid arthritis in postmenopausal woman.Methods A total of 98 postmenopausal woman patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to Zibo Hospital of Infectious Disease from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(n=49)and control group(n=49)according to the random number table method.The control group was given Methotrexate,and the observation group was given governor vessel moxibustion combined with Wangbisan fumigation and washing on the basis of the control group.The total clinical effective rate,disease activity score(DAS),visual analogue scale(VAS)score,and serum related indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the DAS28 score,VAS score,and the levels of serum rheumatoid factor,erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hypoxia inducible factor-1α and interleukin-33 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The governor vessel moxibustion combined with Wangbisan fumigation and washing in the treatment of cold dampness obstruction syndrome of rheumatoid arthritis in postmenopausal woman can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and control the progress of the disease.
