Objective To analyze the treatment compliance and influencing factors of 690 preschool children with wheezing(PCW)in a single center of Nanning City.Methods A total of 690 PCW admitted to the Department of Pediatrics,Nanning Maternity and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.The general information questionnaire,self-made treatment compliance scale,the children's behavior questionnaire-very short form(CBQ-VSF)and parenting styles and dimensions questionnaire(PSDQ)were used for investigation and analysis.Results The treatment compliance score of PCW was(33.12±5.74)points.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that place of residence,children's temperament(extroversion,negative emotion,and effort control),and parental rearing styles(authoritarian and indulgent rearing styles)were all influencing factors of the treatment compliance in PCW(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment compliance of PCW is at a medium level,which may be affected by factors such as place of residence,children's temperament,and parental rearing styles.Medical staff should conduct comprehensive analysis of the above factors to improve treatment compliance in PCW.
