Objective To investigate the effect of Posaconazole on the prevention of invasive fungal disease(IFD)in the agranulocytic stage in children with hematological diseases. Methods Clinical data of 60 children with hematological diseases in the agranulocytic stage admitted to Kaiyuan Langdong Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2020 to November 2021 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into control group(n=25)and experimental group(n=35)according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with Voriconazole, and the experimental group was treated with Posaconazole. The incidence of IFD,liver and kidney function indexes(alanine aminotransferase[ALT],direct bilirubin[DBil],serum creatinine[SCr]),and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of IFD in experimental group was lower(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant differences in liver and kidney function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in liver and kidney function indexes in experimental group before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,ALT,DBil,SCr in control group were higher than those before treatment, and ALT,DBil,SCr in experimental group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Compared with control group, the total incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Posaconazole has a certain effect in preventing IFD in children with hematological diseases in the agranulocytic stage, and can also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and alleviate the damage of liver and kidney function.
