To analyze the value of ultrasound,CT combined with serum tumor markers in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer, and to provide a basis for early diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Methods A total of 120 patients with suspected ovarian cancer admitted to Jinan Massage Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. All patients underwent ultrasound,CT,tumor markers, and pathological examination. The results of pathological examination were used as the gold standard, and the sensitivity and specificity of single and combined examinations were analyzed. Results Pathological results showed 60 cases of ovarian cancer and 60 cases of benign ovarian tumors. There were statistically significant differences in the sensitivity and specificity of ultrasound,CT,serum tumor markers alone and combined in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of combined diagnosis were higher than those of each single diagnosis(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of serum tumor markers were lower than those of ultrasound and CT(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound and CT combined with serum tumor markers can improve the sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
