Objective To explore the application effect of continuous improvement mode of nursing quality in the nursing of hysteromyoma.Methods From May 2022 to May 2023,80 patients with hysteromyoma admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Ningyang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects,and divided into observation group and control group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given continuous improvement mode of nursing quality on the basis of control group.The emotional state,gastrointestinal function,and quality of life in the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in both groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The bowel sound recovery time and first exhaust time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of 36-item short form health survey questionnaire in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous improvement mode of nursing quality in the nursing of hysteromyoma can help patients reduce negative emotions,improve gastrointestinal function and quality of life,which is worth promoting.
