Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing in the nursing of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 94 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in Longkou Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study samples,and they were divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given psychological nursing.The compliance,psychological state and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in both groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing has a good regulating effect on the psychological state of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,and can improve the compliance rate and satisfaction rate of patients,which is worth promoting.
