Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing+psychological intervention on psychological status and quality of life in children with congenital heart disease.Methods A total of 64 children with congenital heart disease in Shanghe County People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received basic nursing,while the observation group received continuous nursing+psychological intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the scores of depression self-rating scale for children and the scale of children's anxious emotions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The life quality scores of observation group at 1 and 3 months after intervention were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing+psychological intervention can alleviate the anxiety and depression in children with congenital heart disease,improve their quality of life,and the family satisfaction is high,which is worth promoting.
