Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing in patients with bacterial vaginitis.Methods A total of 78 patients with bacterial vaginitis admitted to Zhoucun District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Zibo City from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(39 cases)and observation group(39 cases)according to drawing method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given routine nursing+psychological nursing.The negative emotion score,compliance rate,and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate and total satisfaction rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing in patients with bacterial vaginitis can alleviate patients'anxiety and depression,improve patients'compliance and satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
