Objective To explore the application effect of whole process standardized nursing in in vitro fertilization oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer.Methods A total of 78 infertility patients who underwent in in vitro fertilization oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer in the Reproductive Medical Center,Weifang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random ball method,they were divided into the control group(n=39,routine nursing)and the observation group(n=39,whole process standardized nursing).The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the comfort score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores and total satisfaction rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of whole process standardized nursing in in vitro fertilization oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer is good,which can improve the emotional state and quality of life,and enhance comfort and satisfaction.
