Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the perioperative period of laparoscopic treatment of children with oblique inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 50 children with oblique inguinal hernia admitted to Beijing Children's Hospital Xinjiang Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=25,routine nursing)and study group(n=25,evidence-based nursing)by random number table method.The perioperative related indicators,pain and sleep quality scores,and family nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the operation time,first ambulation time,and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter,and the intraoperative blood loss was less(P<0.05).Three days after operation,the pain and sleep quality scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of family members in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of evidence-based nursing in the perioperative period of laparoscopic treatment of children with oblique inguinal hernia is better,which can shorten the postoperative recovery process,improve sleep quality,relieve pain,and improve family satisfaction.
