Objective To explore the application effect of continuous improvement of high quality nursing management quality in the nursing of patients with uterine fibroid.Methods A total of 100 patients with uterine fibroid in Dongping County Jieshan Town Central Health Center in Taian City,Shandong Province from June 2018 to June 2023,were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The observation group(n=50)carried out continuous improvement of high quality nursing management quality,while the control group(n=50)carried out routine nursing.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of basic nursing and safety management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).The recovery time of gastrointestinal function,time out of bed,and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of continuous improvement of high quality nursing management quality in the nursing of patients with uterine fibroid is better.
