摘要
目的 探讨针对性护理在肺炎患儿中的应用效果.方法 选取菏泽市牡丹人民医院 2022 年1月至12 月收治的 56 例肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=28)、研究组(n=28).对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用针对性护理.比较两组肺功能、配合度、家属认知度、生活质量及家属护理满意度.结果 护理后,研究组第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量、最大通气量高于对照组(P<0.05).护理后,研究组配合度、家属认知度、儿童少年生活质量量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05).研究组家属护理满意度各指标评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 针对性护理在肺炎患儿中应用可提升患儿配合度、家属认知度、生活质量及家属护理满意度,改善患儿肺功能,效果显著.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 56 children with pneumonia admitted to People's Hospital of Mudan,Heze from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group(n=28)and the study group(n=28)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received targeted nursing.The pulmonary function,cooperation,family awareness,quality of life,and family nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the forced expiratory volume in one second,forced vital capacity,and maximal voluntary ventilation of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of cooperation,family awareness,and quality of life scale for children and adolescents in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of various indicators of family nursing satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nursing in children with pneumonia can improve their cooperation,family awareness,quality of life,family nursing satisfaction,and their pulmonary function,with significant effects.
