Objective To explore the application effect of nursing measures based on fast track surgery(FTS)in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy(LM).Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing LM admitted to Haijiya Hospital in Shan County from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group(40 cases,conventional nursing)and the observation group(40 cases,nursing measures based on FTS)using the random number table method.The clinical indicators,negative emotions,and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the self-rating anxiety scale score,self-rating depression scale score,and Pittsburgh sleep quality index score and total score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing measures based on FTS in patients undergoing LM can shorten recovery time,and improve negative emotions and sleep quality.
