Effect of intensified pain nursing combined with psychological adjustment on comfort,mental health,and complications in emergency school stage children with limb fractures
Objective To explore the effect of intensified pain nursing combined with psychological adjustment on comfort,mental health,and complications in emergency school stage children with limb fractures.Methods A total of 60 school stage children with limb fractures admitted to the Department of Emergency Medicine,Children's Hospital of Soochow University from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received traditional emergency nursing,while the observation group received intensified pain nursing combined with psychological adjustment.The comfort score,anxiety and depression score,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the general comfort questionnaire score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the hospital anxiety and depression scale score was lower than that in the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensified pain nursing combined with psychological adjustment can improve the comfort and mental health level of emergency school stage children with limb fractures,and reduce the occurrence of complications,which is worth promoting.
