Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursing in the nursing of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to Shizhong District People's Hospital of Jinan City from October 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into two groups according to the coin toss method.The reference group(50 cases)received general routine nursing intervention,the study group(50 cases)received humanized nursing.The nursing compliance,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After nursing,the score of generic quality of life inventory 74 in both groups was higher than that before nursing,the score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of humanized nursing in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is good,which can improve their nursing compliance,quality of life,nursing satisfaction,and prognosis.
