Community-acquired pneumonia(CAP)is one of the most common respiratory diseases in children and one of the leading causes of death among children worldwide, with a predominance of children under one year of age with severe pneumonia.Because the infants are not yet fully developed, may be in a more critical stage when they are discovered. Therefore, how to identify and assess the severity of pneumonia in the early stage is particularly important. The purpose of this study is to explore the early warning indicators for progression of CAP to severe pneumonia in infants and provide clinical basis for early diagnosis and treatment of severe pneumonia,to provide a scientific theoretical basis for hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.
