摘要
目的 调查分析2008-2022年上海市九亭社区5岁以下儿童死亡情况.方法 收集 2008-2022 年九亭社区 5 岁以下儿童死亡资料、出生统计、死亡统计,分析死亡情况和死因构成情况.结果 2008-2022 年九亭社区活产数为32 526;<7 d、7～<28 d、28 d～<1岁、1～5岁儿童死亡率分别为1.44‰、0.37‰、0.58‰和 0.95‰;九亭社区 0～5 岁儿童死亡率逐年下降.0～5 岁儿童死亡原因主要包括早产、低出生体重、先天性心脏病、溺水、交通意外、意外窒息、出生窒息、刑事案件、先天性多发畸形、严重出生畸形、肺炎、癫痫、新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征等.结论 2008-2022年上海市九亭社区5岁以下儿童死亡率逐年下降,死亡原因主要包括低出生体重、早产、先天性疾病、意外伤害等.相关部门应进一步落实儿童保健工作,加强健康宣教,保障儿童健康成长.
Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the deaths of children under 5 years old in Jiuting community of Shanghai from 2008 to 2022.Methods The death data,birth statistics,and death statistics of children under 5 years old in Jiuting community from 2008 to 2022 were collected,and the death situation and cause of death composition were analyzed.Results The number of live births in Jiuting community from 2008 to 2022 was 32 526.The mortality rates of children<7 days,7 to<28 days,28 days to<1 year old,and 1 to 5 years old were 1.44‰,0.37‰,0.58‰,and 0.95‰,respectively.The mortality rate of children aged 0 to 5 in Jiuting community decreased year by year.The main causes of death in children aged 0-5 years included premature birth,low birth weight,congenital heart disease,drowning,traffic accidents,accidental asphyxia,birth asphyxia,criminal cases,multiple congenital malformations,severe birth malformations,pneumonia,epilepsy,neonatal respiratory distress syndrome,etc.Conclusion From 2008 to 2022,the mortality rate of children under 5 years old in Jiuting community of Shanghai decreases year by year,and the main causes of death include low birth weight,premature delivery,congenital diseases,and accidental injuries.Relevant departments should further implement children's health care work,strengthen health education,and ensure the healthy growth of children.
