摘要
目的 分析全方位儿童保健服务模式对儿童生长发育的影响.方法 选取 2022 年1月至 2023 年6月在淄博市博山区夏家庄卫生院保健科建档的80名儿童为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(40人)及试验组(40 人).对照组实施常规儿童保健服务,试验组在对照组基础上实施全方位儿童保健服务模式.比较两组体格发育情况、智力发育情况、家长满意度及维生素D缺乏性佝偻病、营养性贫血发生率.结果 干预后,试验组身高、体重优于对照组,语言、大运动、精细运动、社交、适应情况评分高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组家长总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组维生素D缺乏性佝偻病、营养性贫血发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 全方位儿童保健服务模式能够促进儿童体格与智力的发育,降低维生素D缺乏性佝偻病和营养性贫血发生率,提高家长满意度,值得推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive child health service model on children's growth and development.Methods From January 2022 to June 2023,80 children who were registered in the Department of Public Health,Zibo City Boshan District Xiajiazhuang Health Center were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(40 cases)and experimental group(40 cases)by the random number table method.The control group received routine child health care service,and the experimental group received comprehensive child health care service on the basis of control group.The physical development,intellectual development,satisfaction of parents,and incidence of vitamin D deficiency rickets and nutritional anemia were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the height and weight of experimental group were better than those of control group,and the scores of language,gross motor,fine motor,social,and adaptive status were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of parents in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of vitamin D deficiency rickets and nutritional anemia in experimental group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive child health service model can promote children's physical and intellectual development,reduce the incidence of vitamin D deficiency rickets and nutritional anemia,and improve satisfaction of parents,which is worthy of promotion and application.
