Objective To analyze the influencing factors of anxiety state during pregnancy.Methods A total of 178 pregnant women who established registration and regular pregnancy examination in Weifang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects.The state-trait anxiety inventory(STAI),social support rating scale(SSRS),and pregnancy stress scale were used to investigate the anxiety state during pregnancy.The influencing factors of anxiety state during pregnancy were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression.Results Among the 178 pregnant women,41(23.03%)had anxiety state during pregnancy.Univariate analysis showed that anxiety during pregnancy was related to education background,relationship with husband,relationship with mother-in-law,prenatal health status,psychological preparation for delivery,the number of lectures in pregnant women's school,and social support(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that education background,relationship with husband and mother-in-law,prenatal health status,psychological preparation for delivery,the number of lectures in pregnant women's school,and social support were the influencing factors of anxiety state during pregnancy(P<0.05).Conclusion The proportion of pregnant women with anxiety state during pregnancy is relatively high,and there are many influencing factors.Intervention measures should be formulated according to the above controllable factors to improve the pregnancy outcome of pregnant women.
