Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling Pills combined with Dienogest in the treatment of endometriosis(EMT).Methods A total of 50 patients with EMT admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Pingli County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group(n=25)and the observation group(n=25)using the random number table method.The control group was treated with Dienogest,while the observation group was treated with Guizhi Fuling Pills on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pain score,sex hormones levels,cancer antigen 125(CA125)indicator,and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the numerical rating scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of estradiol and CA125 indicator of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the level of luteinizing hormone was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling Pills combined with Dienogest in the treatment of endometriosis is definite and worthy of clinical application.
