Clinical effect of Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate combined with Aminophylline in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis and its impact on inflammatory factors
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate combined with Aminophylline in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis and its impact on inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 80 children with asthmatic bronchitis admitted to Xuwen County People's Hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group(n=40,treated with Aminophylline)and the observation group(n=40,treated with Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate combined with Aminophylline)according to the touch the ball method.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,clinical efficacy,and serum inflammatory factors levels were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of cough,wheezing,wheeze,and moist rale in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-8,tumor necrosis factor-α,and C-reactive protein in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate combined with Aminophylline in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis is good,which can shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,reduce the inflammatory reactions,and is worthy of clinical recommendation.
