Objective To analyze the application effect of PDCA cycle in nursing of children with respiratory diseases.Methods A total of 80 children with respiratory diseases admitted to the Department of Children's Respiratory Ward,Binzhou Medical University Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases).The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received PDCA cycle.The nursing satisfaction and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle in children with respiratory diseases can improve satisfaction and reduce adverse events.
