Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursing in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods The study period was from October 2020 to October 2023.Seventy patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in the Department of Maternal Health Care,Huimin County Sunwu Community Health Service Center were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received humanized nursing.The adverse emotions,complications,perinatal adverse outcomes,and satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed.Results The total satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of complications and perinatal adverse outcomes was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale were decreased in both groups,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing can effectively improve the adverse maternal and infant outcomes of gestational diabetes mellitus patients,regulate bad emotions,and enhance satisfaction.
