Objective To investigate the application effect of continuous midwifery nursing in pregnant women of second pregnancy with vaginal delivery after cesarean section.Methods A total of 126 pregnant women of second pregnancy with vaginal delivery after cesarean section who were admitted to Xuzhou Cancer Hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected,and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 63 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care and the observation group was given continuous midwifery nursing.The maternal and infant outcomes,total stage of labor,nursing satisfaction,and pain scores of each stage of labor were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the rates of cesarean section and postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group were lower,and the total stage of labor was shorter(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).The pain scores of each stage of labor in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous midwifery nursing in pregnant women of second pregnancy with vaginal delivery after cesarean section is effective,which can reduce the rate of cesarean section and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,shorten the labor process,improve nursing satisfaction and relieve labor pain.
