Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing intervention in gestational hypertension.Methods A total of 76 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Dezhou Lingcheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the lottery method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the experimental group received refined nursing intervention.The blood pressure levels,anxiety and depression emotions,and incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of generalized anxiety disorder and patient health questionnaire in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of cesarean section,placental abruption,postpartum hemorrhage,and neonatal asphyxia in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined nursing intervention in gestational hypertension can effectively improve the blood pressure control effect of patients,alleviate their anxiety and depression emotions,and reduce the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes.
