Objective To analyze the application effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with gestational hypertension.Methods A total of 88 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to Central Health Center of Longgu Town,Juye County from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group(n=44)and the study group(n=44)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received evidence-based nursing.The adverse emotion,cognitive degree,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the scores of cognitive degree and 36-item short form health survey were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in patients with gestational hypertension has a positive significance in improving patients'adverse emotions,cognitive degree,and quality of life.
