Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on uterine involution and early lactation in parturients undergoing cesarean section. Methods A total of 80 parturients undergoing cesarean section admitted to Wudi County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects. All the parturients were divided into two groups using the random number table method. The control group(40 cases)received routine postpartum nursing, while the observation group(40 cases)received rapid rehabilitation nursing. The uterine fundus height, lactation status, and postpartum adverse emotions were compared between the two groups. Results The uterine fundus height at 48 and 72 hours postpartum of the both groups was lower than that at 24 hours postpartum, and the uterine fundus height at 24,48,and 72 hours postpartum of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The start lactation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the rate of insufficient lactation was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of postpartum self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing in parturients undergoing cesarean section can promote uterine involution and improve early lactation and psychological state, with good intervention effects, and can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
