Objective To explore the application effect of virtual reality(VR)technology in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients who planned to receive gynecological laparoscopic surgery in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from June to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine surgical visit,and the experimental group received surgical visit based on VR technology on the basis of the control group.The anxiety and depression emotions,hemodynamics indicators,and surgical visit satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the visit,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).5 minutes after entering the room and 5 minutes after establishing pneumoperitoneum,the mean arterial pressure and heart rate of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The score of surgical visit satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Surgical visit based on VR technology can effectively improve the anxiety and depression emotions and hemodynamics indicators in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery,and increase surgical visit satisfaction.
