Application effect of nursing model based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery in female patients with multiple rib fractures due to thoracic trauma
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing model based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in female patients with multiple rib fractures caused by thoracic trauma.Methods A total of 110 female patients with multiple rib fractures caused by thoracic trauma received by Jiaozhou Central Hospital of Qingdao from May 2021 to August 2023 were selected as subjects,and were divided into the observation group(55 cases,nursing model based on the concept of ERAS)and the control group(55 cases,routine nursing model)by the random number table method to compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results The observation group had higher nursing satisfaction,shorter postoperative recovery time,and less drainage than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the comparison of the visual analogue scale score,Fugl-Meyer assessment score,and Barthel index before nursing between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05),and comparing the above indexes between the two groups after nursing,the improvement effect of the former was more obvious than that of the latter(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking the nursing model based on the concept of ERAS can improve the nursing effect in the treatment of female patients with multiple rib fractures caused by thoracic trauma.
