Objective To explore effect of comprehensive nursing on anxiety,depression,and satisfaction of female patients with thyroid tumor surgery.Methods From January to December 2021,70 cases of patients with thyroid tumor surgery women treated in Taihe County People's Hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group adopted the routine nursing intervention,the observation group was given the comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to evaluate the anxiety and depression,and the questionnaire was used to survey patient satisfaction.Results After the intervention,both groups exhibited a decline in anxiety and depression ratings compared with pre-intervention levels(P<0.05).The observation group demonstrated reduced SAS and SDS measurements compared with the control group(P<0.05).The observation group experienced fewer complications,with only 4 instances(11.43%),compared with the control group's 11 instances(31.43%),and this disparity was statistically significant(P<0.05).The control group's nursing satisfaction stood at 77.14%,the observation group's nursing satisfaction(97.14%)surpassed that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in female patients with thyroid tumor surgery is more effective and could improve the anxiety and depression.
