摘要

目的 探讨百日咳患儿家长健康宣教采用知信行宣教模式的效果.方法 选取浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院在 2019 年 8 月至 2021年 2 月接诊的172 例百日咳患儿,以其父亲或母亲作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各 86 人,分别为其提供常规健康宣教与知信行宣教模式,对比两组患儿家长焦虑、知信行以及护理满意度评分.结果 观察组患儿家长干预后焦虑自评量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿家长干预后知信行评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿家长护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 知信行模式用于百日咳患儿家长健康宣教,可有效改善其焦虑程度,提高知识掌握程度和护理满意度.

Abstract

Objective To explore the application of the knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)model in health education for parents of children with pertussis.Methods A total of 172 cases of children diagnosed with pertussis in the Children's Hospital,Zhejiang University School of Medicine from August 2019 to February 2021 were selected.Their fathers or mothers were taken as the research subjects and divided into control group and observation group,with 86 cases in each group,and they were given routine health education and KAP model,respectively.The anxiety,KAP,and nursing satisfaction scores of the parents in both groups were compared.Results The post-intervention self-rating anxiety scale score of parents in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The post-intervention KAP score of the parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing health education for parents of children with pertussis using the KAP model can effectively improve their anxiety levels,enhance their knowledge acquisition and nursing satisfaction.
