Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tibetan medicine moxibustion in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.Methods From January 2023 to January 2024,72 patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type in Tibetan Hospital of Qinghai Province were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ibuprofen Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Tibetan medicine moxibustion.The clinical effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%,which was higher than 77.78%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the dysmenorrhea score and Tibetan medicine symptom score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.78%,which was lower than 22.22%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tibetan medicine moxibustion in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type can improve the curative effect,relieve dysmenorrhea and clinical symptoms of Tibetan medicine related to cold coagulation and blood stasis,and has fewer adverse reactions.
