摘要

目的 观察耳穴埋针联合中药健脾祛湿化瘀汤治疗脾虚湿瘀型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症慢性盆腔疼痛的临床效果.方法 选取佛山市禅城区人民医院在 2024 年1月至 4 月收治的 60 例脾虚湿瘀型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症慢性盆腔痛患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,每组 30 例.观察组采用耳穴埋针联合健脾祛湿化瘀汤治疗,对照组单纯采用健脾祛湿化瘀汤治疗,比较两组疗效及不良反应、盆腔疼痛情况.结果 观察组临床总有效率为 96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的 73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05).治疗后两组视觉模拟评分法得分低于治疗前,且观察组得分较对照组更低(P<0.05).两组不良反应总发生率比较无差异(P>0.05).结论 耳穴埋针联合中药健脾祛湿化瘀汤治疗脾虚湿瘀型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症慢性盆腔疼痛效果确切.

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of auricular acupuncture combined with Jianpi Qushi Huayu Decoction in the treatment of on chronic pelvic pain after sequela of the pelvic inflammatory disease of spleen deficiency and dampness stasis type.Methods From January to April 2024,60 patients with chronic pelvic pain sequela of pelvic inflammatory disease with spleen deficiency and dampness stasis type admitted to the Chancheng District People's Hospital in Foshan City were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with auricular acupuncture combined with Jianpi Qushi Huayu Decoction,while the control group was treated with Jianpi Qushi Huayu Decoction.The curative effect,adverse reactions,and pelvic pain were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate was 96.67％(29/30)in the observation group,which was higher than 73.33％(22/30)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Auricular acupuncture combined with Jianpi Qushi Huayu Decoction is effective in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain sequela of pelvic inflammatory disease with spleen deficiency and dampness stasis type.
