摘要
目的 分析 2021-2023 年广州市番禺区石楼镇社区卫生服务中心儿童保健科 0～6 岁健康体检儿童体格发育情况.方法 选取于 2021-2023 年广州市番禺区石楼镇社区卫生服务中心儿童保健科进行健康体检的 0～6 岁儿童为研究对象,分析其体检资料.结果 2021-2023 年母乳喂养率逐年降低,视力异常率逐年升高,龋齿发生率逐年降低(P<0.05);2023 年低体重、生长迟缓、消瘦、肥胖发生率最低(P<0.05);超重、贫血、听力异常发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 2021-2023 年广州市番禺区石楼镇社区卫生服务中心儿童保健科 0～6 岁健康体检儿童总体体格发育情况较好,龋齿发生率逐年下降,但视力异常率逐年升高,且母乳喂养率逐渐降低,应加强儿童视力保健与母乳喂养宣教.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the physical development of 0-6 years old healthy children in Department of Child Health Care of Shilou Town Community Health Service Center of Panyu District in Guangzhou from 2021 to 2023.Methods Children aged 0-6 years old who underwent health examination in Department of Child Health Care,Shilou Town Community Health Service Center of Panyu District in Guangzhou from 2021 to 2023 were selected as the study objects,and their physical examination data were analyzed.Results From 2021 to 2023,the breastfeeding rate decreased year by year,the abnormal visual acuity rate increased year by year,and the incidence of dental caries decreased year by year(P<0.05).In 2023,the incidence of low body weight,growth retardation,wasting,and obesity was the lowest(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of overweight,anemia,and hearing abnormality(P>0.05).Conclusion From 2021 to 2023,healthy children aged 0-6 years show good physical development in the Department of Child Health Care of Shilou Town Community Health Service Center of Panyu District in Guangzhou,and the incidence of dental caries decreases year by year,but the abnormal rate of visual acuity increases year by year,and the breastfeeding rate gradually decreases year by year.It is necessary to strengthen the children's vision care and breastfeeding education.
