Objective To analyze the effect of labor analgesia on hemodynamic status and pregnancy outcome in women with preeclampsia. Methods A total of 100 cases of preeclampsia women who delivered in the First Division Hospital in Xinjiang Corps from April 2021 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to whether the women chose labor analgesia, they were divided into the observation group(n=56,labor analgesia)and the control group(n=44,no labor analgesia). The relevant clinical indicators of the two groups were compared. Results The mean arterial pressure, systemic vascular resistance, and cardiac output in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 10,30,and 60 min after analgesia and at the full open of the cervical orifice(P<0.05).The first, second and third stages of labor in the observation group were longer than those in the control group(P<0.05).The cervical orifice open 1,3,and 5 cm,the pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There were no differences in neonatal Apgar scores at 1 and 10 min and the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of labor analgesia in women with preeclampsia can stabilize hemodynamics and reduce pain.
