摘要
目的 探讨盐酸氨溴索联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果.方法 选取 2022 年10 月至2023 年10 月东平县人民医院儿科收治的100 例肺炎患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50,采用阿奇霉素治疗)与观察组(n=50,盐酸氨溴索联合阿奇霉素治疗).比较两组免疫功能、炎症因子水平、肺功能、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗后,观察组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G水平均高于对照组,CD8+水平低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组C反应蛋白、降钙素原、白介素-6 水平低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积水平高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 盐酸氨溴索联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果确切,可提高患儿免疫功能和肺功能,降低炎症因子水平.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 100 children with pneumonia admitted to the Department of Pediatrics,Dongping County People's Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group(n=50,treated with Azithromycin)and the observation group(n=50,treated with Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Azithromycin).The immune function,inflammatory factors levels,lung function,clinical efficacy,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,immunoglobulin A,and immunoglobulin G in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the level of CD8+was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,procalcitonin,and interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume in one second in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of children with pneumonia is definite,which can improve the immunity function and lung function,and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.
