Objective To explore the application effect of Remifentanil in laparoscopic myomectomy under general anesthesia. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent laparoscopic myomectomy under general anesthesia in Shouguang People's Hospital from March 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects. All the patients were divided into two groups using the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was anesthetized with Cyclophorbol and Sevoflurane, while the observation group received continuous intravenous infusion of Remifentanil on the basis of the control group for anesthesia. The dosage of Cyclophorbol and Sevoflurane, mean arterial pressure, and melatonin levels in the two groups were compared. Results The dosage of Cyclophorbol and Sevoflurane in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The mean arterial pressure during anesthesia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and 10 minutes after anesthesia and during anesthesia resuscitation, the mean arterial pressure level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).When anesthesia awakens, the melatonin level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Remifentanil in laparoscopic myomectomy under general anesthesia can reduce the dosage of anesthetic drugs, maintain the stability of vital signs and melatonin level.
