Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic nursing under Carolina nursing model in the perioperative period of patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 120 patients with ectopic pregnancy who underwent laparoscopic surgery in the Department of Gynecology,Binzhou Medical University Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given humanistic nursing under Carolina nursing model on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The first anal exhaust time,the disappearance time of abdominal pain,and the first time to get out of bed in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group at 24 hours after operation was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the total satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic nursing under Carolina nursing model during the perioperative period can improve the nursing effect,shorten the postoperative recovery time of patients with ectopic pregnancy,reduce postoperative pain,and improve anxiety and depression.
