Objective To explore the application effect of whole-course accompanying delivery nursing in natural delivery primiparas.Methods A total of 76 primiparas admitted to the family delivery room of Linyi Central Hospital from January 2018 to May 2023 were included in the study.They were divided into control group and observation group by random lottery method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine delivery nursing,and the observation group was given whole-course accompanying delivery nursing.The delivery mode,labor process,adverse mood score,and adverse maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Each stage of labor and the total stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of whole-course accompanying delivery nursing in primiparas can improve the natural delivery rate,shorten the stage of labor,regulate adverse mood,and reduce the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes.
