Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing based on three-dimensional quality evaluation model in puerperium nursing of women with first cesarean section.Methods A total of 90 women with the first cesarean section admitted to Linshu People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random lottery method,they were divided into the control group(45 cases)and the observation group(45 cases).The control group carried out continuous nursing,and the observation group carried out continuous nursing based on the three-dimensional quality evaluation model on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the scores of each dimension of brief profile of mood states and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of each dimension exercise of self-care agency scale and 36-item short-form health survey in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the total satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous nursing based on three-dimensional quality evaluation model in puerperium nursing of women with first cesarean section can improve mood states,quality of life and sleep,and self-care ability,reduce puerperium complications,and have high satisfaction.
