Objective To analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in postoperative nursing of cesarean section.Methods From January 2022 to January 2023,70 parturients who underwent cesarean section in Department of Obstetrics,Jiaozhou Branch of Shanghai East Hospital,Tongji University were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(35 cases)received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group(35 cases)received traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative uterine involution of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of milk secretion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative pain score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention after cesarean section is good,which is conducive to promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function,alleviating postoperative pain,promoting milk secretion and uterine rehabilitation,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
