Objective To analyze the application effect of cluster comprehensive nursing in pediatric infectious diarrhea.Methods Sixty children with infectious diarrhea admitted to the Department of Pediatrics,the People's Hospital of Jiawang District of Xuzhou City from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the lottery method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received traditional pediatric nursing,while the observation group received cluster comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group.The symptoms disappearance time,length of hospital stay,quality of life,and incidence of dehydration were compared between the two groups.Results The symptoms disappearance time and length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of dehydration in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster comprehensive nursing can promote the disappearance of symptoms in children with infectious diarrhea,shorten the length of hospital stay,improve their quality of life,and reduce the risk of dehydration.It is worth promoting.
