Objective To analyze the application effect of humanistic care in the nursing of laparoscopic pediatric hernia surgery.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,60 children with hernia were selected as the research subjects in Yancheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital Affiliated to Yangzhou University Medical College.They were divided into a control group(n=30)and a study group(n=30)using random number table method.Both groups underwent laparoscopic surgery,while the control group received routine care,and the study group strengthened humanistic care on this basis.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the postoperative getting out of bed time and hospitalization time of the study group([5.70±0.85]h,[3.96±0.56]d)were shorter than those of the control group([9.76±1.89]h,[4.75±0.12]d)(P<0.05).The treatment compliance in the study group(96.67%)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),and the nursing satisfaction scores of parents were higher than those in the control group in terms of health education,nursing operation,nursing attitude,and patrol frequency(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening humanistic care in laparoscopic pediatric hernia surgery can significantly improve the treatment compliance of children and has a positive effect on their postoperative rehabilitation.At the same time,the nursing satisfaction of parents is high,which is worthy of subsequent clinical reference and application.
