Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with compressed nebulization inhalation in outpatient.Methods A random number table method was used to divide 173 children into a control group(86 cases)and an observation group(87 cases)treated with compressed nebulization inhalation at outpatient of Qiaonan Street Community Health Service Center of Panyu District in Guangzhou City.The case selection period was from September 2023 to February 2024.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The psychological state,treatment compliance,and family satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The scores of symptom check list-90 in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total treatment compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can alleviate the adverse psychological state of children with compressed nebulization inhalation in outpatient,effectively improve their treatment compliance,and thus enhance family satisfaction.
