摘要
早产儿会由于吸吮、吞咽、呼吸不协调导致经口喂养困难.本文综述早产儿经口喂养困难的特点及现状、早产儿经口喂养能力的评估工具、促进早产儿经口喂养的策略,以期为经口喂养困难的早产儿制订合适的评估及干预方案提供依据.
Abstract
Preterm infants may have difficulties in oral feeding due to the incongruity in sucking,swallowing,and breathing.This article reviews the characteristics and current status of oral feeding difficulties in preterm infants,the evaluation tools of oral feeding ability in preterm infants,and promotion strategies of oral feeding ability in preterm infants,in order to provide the basis for formulating appropriate evaluation and intervention programs for preterm infants with oral feeding difficulties.
