摘要
目的 分析绝经女性肌少症的危险因素.方法 纳入 2022 年1月至 2023年12 月于中山市博爱医院门诊就诊、体检的794例绝经女性,根据肌少症发生情况将其分为肌少症组(59例)和非肌少症组(735例).收集一般资料等信息,通过单因素和多因素logistic回归分析绝经女性肌少症的危险因素.结果 794例绝经女性中,59 例发生肌少症,发病率为 7.43%.单因素分析显示,年龄、体重指数(BMI)、文化程度、职业,以及每天步行时间、家庭月收入与绝经女性肌少症发生有关(P<0.05).多因素logistic回归分析显示,年龄增长是绝经女性肌少症发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05);BMI、文化程度在初中及以上、每天步行 30～60 min是绝经女性肌少症发生的保护因素(P<0.05).结论 绝经女性肌少症的发生与多种因素密切相关,年龄、BMI、文化程度、每天步行时间是影响绝经女性肌少症的重要因素,为绝经女性肌少症的预防和干预策略提供参考依据.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the risk factors for sarcopenia in postmenopausal women.Methods A total of 794 postmenopausal women who visited the outpatient department and underwent physical examination in Boai Hospital of Zhongshan from January 2022 to December 2023 were enrolled.According to the occurrence of sarcopenia,they were divided into sarcopenia group(n=59)and non-sarcopenia group(n=735).General data and other information were collected,and the risk factors of sarcopenia in postmenopausal women were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression.Results Among 794 postmenopausal women,59 had sarcopenia,with an incidence of 7.43%.Univariate analysis showed that age,body mass index(BMI),education level,occupation,daily walking time,and family monthly income were associated with sarcopenia in postmenopausal women(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age increase was an independent risk factor for sarcopenia in postmenopausal women(P<0.05).BMI,education level of junior high school or above,and walking 30-60 minutes every day were protective factors for sarcopenia in postmenopausal women(P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of sarcopenia in postmenopausal women is closely related to many factors.Age,BMI,education level,and daily walking time are important factors affecting sarcopenia in postmenopausal women,which provides a reference for the prevention and intervention strategies of sarcopenia in postmenopausal women.
