子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫腺肌病效果的影响因素分析

摘要
目的 分析子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫腺肌病效果的影响因素.方法 回顾性分析 2022 年4月至2023 年 8 月于商河县人民医院采用子宫动脉栓塞术治疗的 96 例子宫腺肌病患者的临床资料,根据最终的治疗效果分为有效组(n=57)和无效组(n=39),分析子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫腺肌病效果的影响因素.结果 两组术前临床资料比较无差异(P>0.05).两组术中博来霉素使用情况、子宫腺肌病血供类型、子宫动脉卵巢支显影情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).多因素分析显示,博来霉素使用情况、子宫腺肌病血供类型、子宫动脉卵巢支显影情况是子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫腺肌病效果的独立影响因素(P<0.05).结论 使用博来霉素、子宫腺肌病血供类型、子宫动脉卵巢支显影情况是子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫腺肌病效果的独立影响因素,故临床可根据以上情况对患者进行评估,以期提升子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫腺肌病的效果.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of the effect of uterine artery embolization in the treatment of adenomyosis.Methods The clinical data of 96 patients with adenomyosis treated with uterine artery embolization in Shanghe County People's Hospital from April 2022 to August 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the final treatment effect,they were divided into effective group(n=57)and ineffective group(n=39),and the influencing factors of the effect of uterine artery embolization in the treatment of adenomyosis were analyzed.Results There were no significant differences in preoperative clinical data between the two groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the use of Bleomycin,the type of blood supply of adenomyosis,and the development of ovarian branches of uterine artery during operation between the two groups(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that the use of Bleomycin,the type of blood supply of adenomyosis,and the development of ovarian branches of uterine artery were independent influencing factors of the effect of uterine artery embolization in the treatment of adenomyosis(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Bleomycin,the type of adenomyosis blood supply,and the development of the ovarian branch of the uterine artery are independent influencing factors of the effect of uterine artery embolization in the treatment of adenomyosis.Therefore,patients can be evaluated according to the above conditions in clinical practice,in order to improve the effect of uterine artery embolization in the treatment of adenomyosis.
