逍遥丸治疗抗精神病药物所致闭经的效果

摘要
目的 分析逍遥丸治疗抗精神病药物所致闭经的效果.方法 选取 2021年12 月至 2023 年12 月到揭西县人民医院诊治的 82 例因服用抗精神病药物所致的闭经患者,利用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=41,在原有抗精神病药物治疗的基础上实施阿立哌唑治疗)与研究组(n=41,在原有抗精神病药物治疗的基础上实施逍遥丸治疗).比较两组性激素水平、卵巢功能、生长因子及不良反应.结果 研究组治疗后抗米勒管激素高于对照组,促卵泡激素及催乳素低于对照组(P<0.05).研究组治疗后子宫内膜厚度、卵巢最大切面平均直径及窦卵泡计数高于对照组(P<0.05).研究组血管内皮生长因子与表皮生长因子水平高于对照组(P<0.05).研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 逍遥丸治疗抗精神病药物所致闭经的效果较好,可以调节性激素水平和生长因子水平,改善卵巢功能,且不良反应少.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of Xiaoyao Pills in the treatment of amenorrhea caused by antipsychotic drugs.Methods From December 2021 to December 2023,82 patients with amenorrhea caused by taking antipsychotic drugs in the Jiexi County People's Hospital were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(n=41,treated with Aripiprazole on the basis of the original antipsychotic drug)and the study group(n=41,treated with Xiaoyao Pills on the basis of the original antipsychotic drug).The sex hormone levels,ovarian function,growth factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,anti-Müllerian hormone in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and follicle-stimulating hormone and prolactin were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness,the mean ovarian diameter of the ovary,and the antral follicle count in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of vascular endothelial growth factor and epidermal growth factor in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoyao Pills is effective in the treatment of amenorrhea caused by antipsychotic drugs,which can regulate the levels of sex hormones and growth factors,improve ovarian function,and has few adverse reactions.
