理肺化痰汤联合孟鲁司特钠治疗支原体肺炎患儿的效果及对血清免疫球蛋白、中医证候积分的影响

摘要
目的 观察理肺化痰汤联合孟鲁司特钠治疗支原体肺炎患儿的效果及对血清免疫球蛋白、中医证候积分的影响.方法 通过抽签法将北大医疗鲁中医院 2022 年 7 月至 2024年 2 月收治的 89 例支原体肺炎患儿分为两组,试验组(46 例)给予理肺化痰汤联合孟鲁司特钠,参照组(43 例)给予孟鲁司特钠,比较两组治疗效果.结果 试验组治疗总有效率高于参照组,退热时间及咳嗽缓解时间均短于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组咳嗽、发热、憋喘、咯痰的中医证候积分及C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于参照组,血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgG、IgM水平均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 理肺化痰汤联合孟鲁司特钠治疗支原体肺炎患儿的效果较好,能够缓解临床症状,减轻炎症反应,降低中医证候积分,改善免疫功能,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Lifei Huatan Decoction combined with Montelukast Sodium in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia and its influence on serum immunoglobulin and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score.Methods A total of 89 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to PKUCare Luzhong Hospital from July 2022 to February 2024 were divided into two groups by drawing lots.The experimental group(46 cases)was given Lifei Huatan Decoction combined with Montelukast Sodium,and the reference group(43 cases)was given Montelukast Sodium.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,the time of fever remission and cough remission was shorter than that of reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of cough,fever,dyspnea,and sputum,the levels of C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-α in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,and the levels of serum immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgG,and IgM were higher than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lifei Huatan Decoction combined with Montelukast Sodium has a good effect in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia,which can alleviate clinical symptoms,reduce inflammation and TCM syndrome score,and improve immune function,which is worth promoting.
